Scrutinize the Milky Way, it's looking back. Human ultrasound, scan away. Quarks and squarks, gravitrons and gravitini, photons and photinos, it's all there is. Martians all land and sea, a time capsule eons ago. Little green men from heaven not angels did fall, the whole steaming shebang of ray guns and missiles. Not all Earthlings are Human, but all Humans are Earthlings.
They have been to the mountaintop. They’ve looked over and seen the Promised Land.
Moses, Jesus, King, and countless other Humans have seen the light and the truth. The place of peace, kindness, justice, and plenty for all. Like Heaven on Earth.
Turning to come down from the mountain, they saw darkness spread over the land. They heard children cry for food, sick cry for medicine, and witnessed a few trample all rights, snuff all life. Hell.
In the Promised Land, the hungry are fed, sick are healed, and fairness, justice, and equality reign supreme.
Under the darkness, come war, famine, pillaging, rape, disease, and countless suffering.
Opposite Planets
Awaiting Humanity, down two opposite paths, are two opposite planets. The saying, “you take the high road and I’ll take the low road” might be a good way to look at it.

As Planet Earth spins farther out of reason and tumbles further down the Humans’ self-created whirlpool, dumb asses like Rick Santorum rise to the top.
Rick’s popular with plain praying folk and he follows the lines handed down from the rich and powerful, so it works well.
The following might help explain the unlikability and stupidity of Rick Santorum:

Since earliest times, this Beast has made every war and brought ruin again and again. Almost every species-inflicted instance of Human suffering is brought by this Beast.
The greed of this Beast is so awesome that a part of it resides in each Human and many are overtaken by it.
Greed overcomes those few of “lucky” birth or happenstance. After all, wealth is a blinder that none can remove.
Rich → power corrupts
The Beast of unremitting greed has headed almost every society, blood-thirsty at times, and always voracious.
Behind every story of wealth, empire, or conquest lie thousands of stories of a pillaging Beast. Stories about a sole rich man’s generosity gets blown about when truth is every fortune has been made off the backs of others.
You’d think Humans would learn to control this Beast manifested by the Rich and their minions… but instead they bring it on, they allow it, many worship it. Humans seem unable to live without this Beast. They follow it as if there’s a ring in their nose.
The Beast is sly and cunning. It blames, bribes, cajoles. It plunders, pollutes, hoards. It divides and conquers. It invites you in.
The Beast shows off with fantastic luxuries purchased with lives lost and destroyed, scoffing and laughing at the antics of those hurt.
Many visitors to Planet Earth are asking, “Who are the 1% and who are the 99%?”
All species can get a clue from these charts that attempt to outline the 1% and the 99%.
The very pinnacle includes a handful of very rich Humans who use their wealth to buy off politicians, pundits and police, secure huge unbid contracts, and use media to fool religious leaders into bringing along their flocks.
The 99% includes just about everyone else. It is difficult for many visitors to imagine how few rich control so many. On Planet Earth, money talks. (This is a saying. Not literal.)
Now let’s take the top and add the more of the “bottom”… To help each species get a perspective, below is a pyramid representating a small part of the 99% compared to the 1%:
In actuality, the 1% disappear on this scale. The rich and their minions are that few.
This planet has a serious greed problem that translates mostly into a “taxes and democracy” issue.
For the clueless of any species, here are a couple of important terms:
Progressive tax is based on means. In other words, the more you have, the more you pay.
This makes even more sense when it’s realized a few rich and powerful use 95% of the resources and cause 95% of the problems, from local to global to galactic. Progress is movement towards good for the many, not more and more for the very few.
Regressive tax is best described as a penalty for being poor. Ultimately, it is based on powerful taking from the less powerful.
Feudal, like kings, khans, and other types of royalty. A regressive tax is like, first being raped and pillaged, then slapped, by the rich and powerful).
Particular to Planet Earth, it gets complicated. The U.S. has a seemingly progressive tax code, but in the Empire tax revenues have become regressive. The bottom line is rich Humans skip out on paying anything close to their fair share.
Rich Humans fouled the public arenas by twisting laws in their favor, investment hoarding, tax loopholes, outright tax cheating, and far worse.
They crashed the U.S. economy through illegal manipulation, got bailed out, refuse to pay anything to repair their damage, and, instead, want 99% to pay for the damage the Rich created.
In Europe the rich crash country after country through quasi-legal organizations of the rich forcing public works and resources onto the sale block.
Rich Beast Refuses to Share, So 99% Pay More
When rich Humans skirt and run from paying their fair share, it has negative affects on 99%.
